69K-100.036

Proof of satisfying educational requirements.

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking provides procedures by which applicants for licensure under Chapter 497, F.S., may demonstrate that they meet the education requirements of that chapter. This proposed rule was approved by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services at its monthly meeting on December 2, 2010.
