RULE:

61A-4.0501

Pool Buying - Definition; Creation; Procedures; Record Keeping; Restrictions

PURPOSE:

The Division proposes to amend Rules 61A-3.0305 and 61A-4.0501, F.A.C., so that a transfer of alcoholic beverages to the vendor who ordered the products as part of a single transaction pool purchase from a vendor who received the products would no longer have to be made within 7 days after delivery.
