PURPOSE:

These amendments to Rule 34-7.010, F.A.C., will amend the form used to register as an Executive Branch lobbyist, repeal the form used to report expenditures, and adopt forms to obtain the principal’s authorization and report compensation by lobbying firms pursuant to Section 5, Chapter 2005-359, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Executive branch lobbyists are required to register and their firms are required to report compensation pursuant to Section 5, Chapter 2005-359, Laws of Florida, and the forms to accomplish this are adopted by reference in Chapter 34-7, F.A.C.
