PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to adopt the “Water Quality/Quantity Best Management Practices for Florida Specialty Fruit and Nut Crops” manual by rule and associated regulations.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule will address the development of practices that protect water resources, the procedures for filing a Notice of Intent, and associated recordkeeping requirements necessary for producers to receive a presumption of compliance with state water quality standards.
