NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Edward Vanharasz, Petitioner/Unit Owner, Castle Beach Club Condominium Association, Inc., on August 4, 2010.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of 2010-174, Section 16, Laws of Florida, as it applies to the petitioner.
Whether Castle Beach Club Condominium Association, Inc. may suspend the voting rights of owners who are 90 days delinquent in payment of assessments without notice and right to a hearing under Chapter 2010-174, Section 16, Laws of Florida.
