FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE

BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA

The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the proposed Broward County wastewater and stormwater facilities project will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The potential amount of the loan is estimated at $7,000,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
