NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 07, 2007, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for Waiver of Subsection 65C-15.017(2), F. A. C. The petition was received by Victoria Gonzalez, assigned Case No. 07-015W. Subsection 65C-15.017(2) states an Agency staff responsible for supervision shall have a master's or bachelor's degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years of experience in human services or child welfare programs.
