Overview

RULE:

6A-10.0244

Statewide Award of Uniform Postsecondary Credit for Specified Training and Experience

PURPOSE:

The rule outlines the procedures and requirements a Florida postsecondary institution must follow to award credit to potential students based on their previous occupation and the training and experience associated with military occupations.

SUMMARY:

The amendment to the rule will update the Military Equivalency List to include additional courses so that those students with military experience can receive credit for courses taken and for occupations held while serving in the military.
