6A-10.0352

Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) Fund

PURPOSE:

Senate Bill 1246 (2026) amended section 1009.8962, F.S. to allow for institutions to receive nonmonetary contributions as their required match for LINE Funds and to receive contributions from non-health care entities. The effect of the amended rule is to align to these changes.
