RULE:

6M-4.300

School Readiness Application and Waiting List Procedures

PURPOSE:

The rule is being amended to make technical changes and add household income as a criterion for wait list management at the local early learning coalition to comply with requirements in House Bill 1255.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule outlines the process for applying for the School Readiness (SR) Program and waiting list management procedures for the local early learning coalition.
