RULE:

6A-23.012

Local Educational Agency Partnerships in Apprenticeship and Preapprenticeship

PURPOSE:

To set forth requirements for partnership agreements between local educational agencies and apprenticeship or preapprenciship program sponsors. Including, incorporation of a new model partnership agreement template pursuant to s. 446.032, F.S. in 2025. The effect is that new partnerships between LEAs and providers will need to use the new form.

SUMMARY:

This is a new rule requiring the use of the standard model contract, incorporated by reference.
