Overview



	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 4, 2019, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Senator Jim King Committee Room, 401 Senate Office Building, Florida Capitol Complex, 404 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399

Subject:	The Office of Insurance Regulation is considering the Workers’ Compensation filing made by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., under the provisions of Section 627.091, Florida Statutes, and subject to the provisions of Sections 627.101 and 627.111, Florida Statutes. All persons wishing to present expert testimony at this hearing must prefile their testimony in writing on or before October 2, 2019, attention, Anoush Brangaccio, General Counsel, Office of Insurance Regulation, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399. Any expert witness failing to prefile testimony may be prohibited from testifying.
