Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Water Resource Management announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To amend Chapter 18-14, F.A.C., to revise and clarify how administrative fines are assessed for violations on state-owned submerged land. The proposed amendments will provide for issuance of a Warning Letter, instead of a Notice of Violation. This will enable the Department to consolidate the enforcement actions of both proprietary and regulatory violations and achieve compliance in a shorter timeframe. The proposed amendments were revised following the October 26, 2009 workshop on this rule.
