Purchase, Sale, and Uses of Voting Equipment and Systems

PURPOSE:

Last amended in 1986, the rule is out of sync with current practices and procedures governing procurement, use and routine assessment of voting systems and equipment. The proposed revision establishes procedures for purchasing, selling, using, and assessing voting equipment and systems.
