The purpose of new Rule 59G-4.073, is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Coverage Policy: Orthotic and Prosthetic, _______.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, service coverage, and reimbursement information.
