RULE:

5M-20.001	Definitions
5M-20.002	District Organization

PURPOSE:

To implement the provisions of Ch. 2022-191, Laws of Florida (2022 SB 1078).

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule adopts definitions, the Soil and Water Conservation Districts and their boundaries, as well as the procedure for the election of supervisors of Soil and Water Conservation Districts as subdivided by the Department as directed by SB 1078 (2022) and enumerated in ss. 582.055, 582.15, 582.18, and 582.19, Florida Statutes.
