Community Behavioral Health Services (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 59G-4.050, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) is being repealed. Requirements contained in this rule have been revised, updated, and moved to Rules 59G-4.028, 59G-4.029, 59G-4.031, 59G-4.052, 59G-4.370, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

These rules specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, service coverage, and reimbursement information.
