Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.071 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedule for All Medicaid Recipients, __________, and the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedule for Medicaid Recipients Under Age 21, __________.

SUMMARY:

The amendment updates durable medical equipment procedure codes, descriptions, and limitations for medical suppliers who provide services to Medicaid recipients.
