64B5-2.014

Licensure Requirements for Applicants from Accredited Schools or Colleges

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary language and to incorporate by reference form DH-MQA 1182 and revise the application date.

SUMMARY:

Unnecessary language will be deleted and revised form DH-MQA 1182 will be incorporated by reference.
