Test Administration and Security

PURPOSE:

To align the Rule language with ss. 1008.23 and 1008.24, F.S., as amended during the 2021 Legislative Session, by adding additional statutes to those included in subsection (1) of this Rule, thereby expanding the list of tests required to be maintained and administered in accordance with the provisions of this Rule.
